Ways to get the best product to sell for the biggest profit.

Read the Reason for sale if it is in the ad.

• Reason for sale: “No further use” or “upgrading to new model” or “moving to smaller apartment” although clues, become good clues if the product is for sale in a well to do area and there is a time limit.
• Buy from one market and sell to another. Find the sellers who do not value their used products as much because they can afford to buy the latest and greatest.
  

• Your looking for quality, so go where the money is. The most likely seller is buying a new one, or is finished with the product you want to buy. His ad will give him away. Look for ads that have reason for sale first, but the main thing is to find the right sellers by looking at ads in suburbs where the money lives.
  

If you use Google it is easier still.I can research the products, and then use the keywords found in my ad searches.

After I have the “keywords” to buy with I am ready to find my seller online.

Think outside the square. Here is an example:

Buying a bicycle.This one is easy.

The right seller in this case will be an expert bicycle rider/racer.

Surprisingly with used items it is often the expert who undervalues high quality.

I understand this because these pros often set a very high standard for equipment and because they can buy top quality at near wholesale prices and know where to get the best deal, often within a club or other obscure sources that I will not be able to access.This becomes like any other habitual thinking to them and a bit of a mindset.

Because someone is an expert rider does not mean he is an expert seller.

Look in newspaper ads, at Uni, in the corner drug store window, or milk bar and keep your eyes open for bikes or other items for sale.

Again if you have access to a computer and the Internet it is easier and quicker.

EBay has a lot of used items like bikes for sale, and is without question a good place to look. If you know a bit you can profit from the sale of many things like lawnmowers, cars, motorcycles, models, antiques, furniture, household items, guitars and other musical instruments, the list is exhaustive.

We all know something about something, and with an Internet connection we can easily find out more by searching online for information.

Here is a typical scenario taken from my recent experience of buying and selling.

My 19 year old with my help just purchased a bicycle from EBay very cheap. It will sell for twice what he paid for it even after he keeps it and uses it for some years.

He needs it to ride to University for 3 more years, so he will keep it, and has sold his old bicycle which was worth what he got for it, thus upgrading to a very expensive one in perfect condition for the same sort of money.

My daughter bought 2 couches for her home recently also from EBay. One for $300 with 4 chairs, the other for $12.00 with 2 more recliner chairs in even better condition than the $300 one. She sold the $12.00 one for $450.00

I purchased some heavy machinery with 200% margin left in it just last week.

It is not hard to spot a bargain on EBay, you just need to know why it was so cheap before you buy it and don’t make that mistake when you sell.

People sell things all the time on ebay without even finding out the value. With the correct reading of ads, it is easy enough to locate the bargains.

As you may see in yesterdays post about Career – earning money – jobs you may see many companies offering high earning jobs.

Of course there are many rich industries such as pharmaceutical companies or casino or other online ventures. If you need a new job, then you may want to read their offers if carefully and see how it FEELS.

A few strict guidelines or warnings that keep you on the safe and winner side of your money:

A solid and serious industry, company or employer NEVER will charge you an “entrance fee”, “admission fee”, “administrative fee” ! If an industry or company really makes that much money that they offer hundreds of $ a day – then they can afford to send you ALL the instruction and information FOR FREE !!!

A serious employer or online business NEVER will ask you to invest or purchase particular software, eBooks or other equipment ! Like any serious and reliable industry always offers all the tools, or machineries needed to all the employees – you MUST expect th every same from ANY and EVERY serious employers – no matter what kind the job or work – no matter what the precise industry is !

Testimonials
Many web site publish testimonials – all sound very excited and fine

except that many ( most ? ) of such testimonials are all together FAKE and made up the site owner!
I have seen repeated cases in many industries offering totally fake testimonials.
True testimonials have full address or full website or full valid email – use and VERIFY the testimonials, ASK questions, if the smallest doubt – leave that business!

If you need to make ANY financial commitment – even if only a few dozen $ – THAT amount may be the only MONEY making source for THAT online or offline work !!

Imagine a few thousand people clicking on easy money – easy job offers every day – and 2% would pay a 30$ admission fee for such a money earning program.

2% of 1000 readers is 20 persons paying for example 30 $ totaling 600$ a day
just for some bla bla information about an easy job offer and all you ever earn is when you may refer OTHERS to the very same program and earning yourself a % of the 600% …

On the global job market there are MILLIONS of people able to type data for 10 – 20 $ a day in countries with low salaries such as South East Asia, India, China, Africa, etc

Why should anyone offer hundreds of $ for a totally UNqualified job if same job can be done at a fraction of the cost.

EVERY high paying job on the global market – that means any job offering some 100+ US$ a day ALWAYS does require REAL and above average qualifications. ON a global level we experience a recession in almost every industry and market sector – in most countries. NO single industry is “swimming” in money – except may be insurance industry, medical industry and pharmaceutical industry. People are scared to death and pay nearly any amount to delay death …

Hence as a final conclusion
there are jobs
and surely there are jobs where you can earn many times MORE many than in conventional industries – but in MOST cases you may expect much higher requirements in working hours, qualifications or loss of freedom.

Look at offers carefully – use COMMON SENSE when reading, forget any and all testimonials, do some research about web sites offering high paying online jobs, look at how old the website is. do this by searching the whois records of the domain offering

– if the whois record shows it is a young web site just some 2-3 years old – BE careful = it means a new venture with little business history and little experience

– if the website has a Google PR of less than 4 = BE careful – it means few people link toward that site.

– check Alexa traffic details of that website – if traffic rank is higher than about 500’000 – then it very definitely is a pure hobby site with nearly no REAL foreign traffic
– if the site has no directory records in Yahoo directory, Google directory ( and thus in DMOZ ) directory – then it is a HOBBY site

STAY OFF any hobby site for making business !

after all there still are a few thousand really serious and large companies out on this planet. search for sites older than 5 years, traffic rank better than 100’000 and PR 4 or higher.

look if you find site traffic statistics on that site you plan to do business with. If they have HIGH alexa rank and the site statistics show some 70% + traffic using Netscape / firefox mozilla browser – most likely the site-owner is the only regular visitors on the site.

a reasonable global average would be
some 15-20% firefox browsers
some 60-70% IE
rest various others

some 5% Linux and / or Mac users
rest mostly WIN users

hence if a site has mostly Linux or Mac or unknown traffic
again it might most likely be the site owner being the ONLY regular surfer and thus the statistics have ZERO value

USE common sense
know the rules and facts
study the industry and market
know how to obtain data and facts about a potential business partner
… BEFORE running into financial disaster

If a company REALLY NEEDS you
they may most likely offer you ALL you need FOR FREE to start working

is 1000$ a day possible ?
YES it is – but only with either
– high risk of life involved / high fatality or accident-risk
OR
extreme and exceptional professional skills, expertise, experiences and qualifications
OR
monkey business !!

one single time in my life i had a 1000$/day job for a few days in the early 1980-ies – that was a Underwater repair job as a contractor for a city in Europe – a dirty, dangerous and heavy commercial diving job for a few days in freezing water, zero visibility, 3 meter mud in the working area …
never a job I would do on a regular daily or lifetime basis.

so where might be a possible catch for the many millionaire jobs ?
with a million in sight – or thousands a week
many are easily willing to spend even hundreds of $ to get th4e “full details” or “secrets” about the potential job …
that alone is often worth the advertisement – with dozens or hundreds clicking on such sites ….
beware or monkey business and fake offers
but enjoy having a nice income and comfortable life
be ready to learn, to practice, to be APPRENTICE for many years or even decades BEFORE MAKING big $

The second should be errands job. This is so familiar since it has been done by many teenagers in 20th century. However, this job could interrupt your kid’s time.
